Astron Consulting leanhealth delivery model has been developed over the
last number of years and comprises a number of elements:

Astron
Consulting has extensive experience within healthcare. We have been
providing strategic ICT advice to the CEO of the Health Service
Executive and were involved in developing a new Information and
Communications Technology strategy for healthcare and personal social
services in Ireland. We have delivered assignments to specify and
deliver ICT solutions for the National Disease Surveillance system, the
National Immunisation system, the National Food Safety laboratory
system, and most recently we specified a common assessment process to
meet the needs of A Fair Deal – The Nursing Home Care Support Scheme
2008.
We have
worked with the Mater Private Hospital over a number of years and we
have worked on a number of projects with ICON Clinical, a global
provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical,
biotechnology and medical device industries.
