Health Service Executive
The Health Service Executive is responsible for managing and delivering health and personal social services in the Republic of Ireland. Astron Consulting provided project management services to the CEO of the HSE in relation to ICT Strategic Consultancy. We carried out a review of the current position of ICT within the organisation and have been involved in developing a new Information and Communications Technology (ICT) strategy for healthcare and personal social services in Ireland.
